I tried for the first time yesterday 03/14/24 and really loved the food I got so much food I was hungry FYI the pasteles are huuuuge you can share with 3 people! lol I frequent at Fogo de Chao with my family and I can honestly say the flavor for Tierra Nossa is 100% better balanced. The service was really good didn't catch the young lady's name but she was really nice and helpful made us laugh. For the most part it's the food court so you can actually see them preparing and cooking meat in front of you everything looked cleaned and carefully taken care of.

I don't know why this business is listed as closed because I ate there less than 3 hours ago. So there's a mistake somewhere. Anyway I stopped there for lunch today. They have some good combo plates where you can pick your meat and one or more side dishes from the hot table. There are always various kinds of sides such as rice, French fries, salads, vegetables, potatoes and more. Today I got the garlic steak along with a side of mixed vegetables and some type of cheesy potatoes. I got a fountain soda for a beverage. They sell Pepsi products there so I went with Sierra Mist. The service was fast and courteous and since I paid under $14 I would say the prices there are reasonable. This place is located in the food court at the South Shore Plaza so it's a place where you order at the counter and then pick a place to sit in the spacious food court seating area. It is a good place for Brazilian food and I'll certainly be back.

Honestly, I had low expectations for this place, but it turned out to be a decent meal. I've had worse Brazilian steakhouse food at a sit-down restaurant. Their potatoes were a great side dish, slightly spicy from the chilies. The picanha was a bit on the tough side, but flavor-wise it was good. We did add our own salt and pepper on the side though. I recommend doing this. The brisket was surprisingly tender and juicy. I loved it! They also offered some cheese balls in a cup. They're not Brazilian cheese bread (pao de quiejo), but they were like little mozzarella filled puff balls. Very enjoyable!

You usually don't expect much from mall eateries, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked by and saw Terra Nossa. A few highlights: -They have fried yucca. Yay! -There's a nice variety of meats that are skewered and grilled right there. I got picanha (kudos to them for writing the meats in Portuguese and English because some English translations for the meat types can be unclear) and they asked me how I wanted it prepared. I'm pretty sure I've never been asked that at a mall anywhere in the world, so big ups to Terra Nossa. -It's great that they have Guaraná soda because I really like those. -Service was fast, nice, and efficient. This is maybe the best mall food court meal I've ever had!
